Business Improvement Australia (BIA) was established in 1994 by its founder and Managing Director, Paul Chesher. BIA, based in Brisbane, Australia, provides consultancy services to a wide variety of organisations both in Australia and internationally - particularly in South Africa, Asia and Canada.
BIA's services focus on improving business performance through the management of change processes, individual and team development, performance management systems and facilitation of complex group processes.
