Accuracy of Information

Correction of Information
Where a person establishes that the personal information we hold on them is not accurate, complete or up-to-date we will correct our records as necessary.

Where there is dispute as to the correctness of information that is held by the company, the information will not be corrected. However, a notice setting out the alternative information will be permanently attached to the record.

Deletion of Information
Should an individual, for whom information is held, make a request to the effect that the information is to be deleted, compliance with the request will occur within 2 working days.
