Bia.com.au Web Site and Survey System Administration

Welcome, in this area you will be able to run reports and manage the backend of your web site and Survey System.

Run Reports:

Bia.com.au has a single system that delivers all of its customer's surveys and reports. That system is reached by clicking HERE

Once in the reports area, you can view each individual user, view each survey that you have running and view several report types.

Manage the whole site:

With Site Manager you can manage each individual page of the Bia.com.au web site by clicking on the "*" on the right and left hand side of the page you wish to change.

You can also click HERE and be taken to a screen where all of your pages and files can be accessed at the same time. From this area you can look up the page you want to change, change it and view the results by the "view" tab at the top of the screen.

Manage your customer's access to surveys

Each customer must be given access to a survey model in order to complete that survey.

Click HERE to give your customer access.

Step One - Give them an account in the ACL Users Folder

Step Two - Assign them access to the model in the UAM (User Access Manager)
